The Meihua luotong wire which produces for our improtant client Wendeng Dahe, occurs instable adhesive force during the production. However ,the method of production is to bond the wires in line. If the adhesive forece is instable, the wires are not even when they cut the wires.
In order to solve the defeat and satisfy the delivery time, we carried out the internal improvement. The quality assurance devision,production control division and plastic division and etc set up the special panel.
We took improvement on the machine table,material testing method and made dozens of plans for testing samples. With the concern and support of general manager, our improvement succeed and got approval of our client.
